I think I have to say Rhino Hide and Rust: One for keeping you alive and one for making sure your opponents die.
The value is insane.
Magebane is another personal favorite, you almost always get a good mana/sbp/action trade out of it.

I have a soft spot for Divine Intervention, as it has saved my Priestess many, many times.

I love Enfeeble. I feel that I've overlooked this card recently but It's one of the ones I usually come back to after a while
