Amazing cards with very Unique ideas! Thanks a lot your sharing them!
There could be single thread for each one of them to discuss :)

- Hourglass seems way to powerful.
- I like the idea of necro coming back as zombie, however I am not sure how it would feel in play.
- the steamtank us great! Thematically you are right that it should be a conjuration, but for all purposes of gameplay it is perfectly a creature.
- how does phoenix come back a second time? He is epic. Do you want him to be playable from the discard pile or as zombie or what is the idea?
- tornado should push in random direction

I'll come back with more feedback 👌

Do you find the hourglass, generally too strong or should it simply cost more?

I would like to see a card or idea of me in a future set ;-)
But what I really want is that the future Shaman mage will be a lizardman.

Swarm:
Just like Extendable for Walls, you can pay extra mana to summon one more Wall, you can pay the Swarm +X cost to summon as many more creatures with the same name as you want or can.
Pay the swarm + x cost for the additional creatures to summon them instead of the normal cost.

Exempel: To summon 3 Mosquitoes you need 3+4+4=11 Mana.

At Night he produces more mana.

Should the mushroom have regeneration 1? Mushrooms do not regenerate like plants.

You should probably use commas to separate the keywords on your cards since you don't add the dots the official cards have. it's better than nothing, and would help with readability.

No plants in real life regenerate as fast as the plants in Mage Wars. Magic Mushrooms man, you could have them regenerate 3 if you wanted to.  :D

You are right, of Course,
but according to my feeling they should have less regenerate than plants, so maximum regenerate  1.
