regarding 2 I get an "already installed" error and as I don't know what and where to remove I just have to live with the missing plugins. The important thing was the Gamelog

Sounds like either parts of the plugin are messed up or missing or in the wrong place? If the whole plugin was really installed and there were no errors or missing parts of it, then the plugin should be working, right? If reinstalling doesn't work, you could redownload it, or someone could send you a copy of their working plugin and you could see if that fixes it.
Something similar happened to me a while back where the Druid vs Necromancer set disappeared from my deck builder after Mage Wars module updated. It turned out that the DvN database xml file went missing from its folder, and I needed someone to send me a copy of theirs. After that things worked just fine.
