but she's only going to get the counterstrike if they attack her. They don't have to attack her. Granted she will still heal each time she guards.

Agreed, she is quite rugged, but sometimes she needs a breather, and typically this is the best opportunity to take a breather. Good ole Tanglevine.

Wait, what?  doesn't that run into the same problem that it can't target Mages?  Or are you saying that was a mistake someone made?

I love the idea of card of the weak.
This one was a very enjoyable read and I would love to read more.
Also think Tanglevine really deserves being "card of the weak". Its one of my favorites.

I used it in my first tourney where just a core set was around. Poison Gas Cloud and Tangelvine. Very nice memories :)
