Does this mean that you'll have to get waivers from the players to be in the videos? Or... will you perhaps at least need a notice that everyone plays knowing that their likeness may be used, etc. etc.?

I don't know how that other game does it, but I'm wondering about the legalities....

We considered this as well. Your two suggestions are exactly what we thought of. We'll have to figure something out with Arcane Wonders. This is probably more in their ball court to be honest, so it's whatever they think is best.

I think there is something like that already in the agreement for GenCon. As in "by purchansing the badge you allow for your image and likeness to be used in future advertising and publications". Just like at any major sporting event, by entering you agree to be on camera.
