Summoning Circle
« on: August 22, 2014, 10:36:43 PM »
Of the promo cards that are coming out in the promo card pack one of the ones I think will have the most utility overall is the Summoning Circle. Lets start discussing ways to make this thing sick. Note: I feel other mages than the Wizard will love this thing too.

Can you repost the stats of the card, and maybe an opening that would use it well?

Any mage can move to center and quick cast this in the back middle of your opponents territory. Round two you full round cast and rouse. Then your opponent has to deal with a steel claw grizzly, Dragonclaw Wolverine, or <insert favorite creature> on turn 2.

I also got decent mileage from this and the Warlord during playtesting:

You can place summoning circle in a zone with a zone exclusive conjuration and next round, reveal, cast a grunt, and conquer.
