Interim Anvil Forge Warlord

I recently purchased FiF one for some fire spells for some wizard stuff I wanted to try out and also give me some options for the Warlock. I probably won't be able to get my hands on Forcemaster vs. Warlord until the reprint is out. Are there any viable Anvil Throne warlord builds out there that don't rely on FvW I could play with until then?

You'll have to replace some cards (like Standard Bearer), but most of it (and the most important parts of it) does not require FvW.
