Opinion about Joktari beastwoman

I tryed several books for her and i believe (maybe im in mistake) that it´s very bad designed.

I believe that this mage was designed to have a bow and shoot using his fast trait, but the main problem it´s that if you put a bow on her, she can´t move and shoot, because shooting a bow its a Full action, then if you don´t use a bow to avoid this contradiction the other hability +1 ranged non spell attack, it become a null skill, then my proposition it´s that She could attack with ranged weapon as a quick action, then her others habilities would have sense, maybe too good, i know, but not as good as a pschy force mage.
