Are there any Promo cards with Forged in Fire?

As the title suggests.. are there any promo cards with the pre order of Forged in Fire?  Didnt see anything on CSI or Miniature Marketplace that said there was anything extra with the pre order.

There are (were?) two while supplies last. Not sure if they are still available or not.
