Blood thirsty bonus and double strike

Does Goran get his blood thirsty bonus on both attacks with double strike or only his first? Is it similar to how battle fury and bonuses work?

There is a chart in the Rules and Codex supplement that indicates that it would only apply to the first attack.

The only exception would be if he double strikes a creature with full health, and first hit does1 or more damage, this will trigger the bloodthirst on the second attack.
