It seems unlikely since that would really change the balance of the game, especially if a spell was able to increase range beyond 3 the current limit in the game.

Balance would have to be maintained, like Level 4 / 11 Mana Incantation.

there is a way to decrease your range to 0, by attacking flying creatures. that is the only range modification currently. creatures may eventually have there own way to increase range (guessing a marksman can quick cast shooting stance to buff his next attack) but I really doubt there will be an enchantment for it it would be to hard to balance (4 range sniper, thunderbolt to op)
