Nevertheless, I think cant of rage + overextend on the second turn of the chant (without healing) is probably more efficient anyway. That way you can attack with 2x 8 dice and your target can be the same creature since it can move out&in the same zone since it's not hindered.

I prefer [mwcard=MW1I04]Charge[/mwcard]  because it is a little bit more flexible.

Most efficient manawise is
T1 barracks (corner) + construction yard (other corner) gaining you +3 mana each turn
T2 garrison post (nc) + ring. Now you are channeling 13+1 discount

Sure but my opponents cast fireballs on the barracks.  so i need earthwalls for defense.

It sounds like a terrain card.  Or a "canyon" wall. It is a perfect conjuration for archer based armies, but how do you want to balance it?

 Errata'd cards as promo cards is an option to update Mage Wars. If this idea will be realized, then my wish is AW sell the cards in small update packages (with 12 cards in it).

from my perspective flying creatures like the Grey Angel or the Griffin fits best to the Holy Avenger trait.

One big disadvantage of the Orc warlord are the battle commands. Actually they should be an advantage for the orc warlord, but most warlord player I know use instead other more powerful command spells from their spell book.
The easiest fix of the warlord in my opinion will be to improve the battle commands.

The outpost  rule is also a topic and can be fixed by adding a general outpost trait for conjurations:

Outpost
Friendly soldier creatures need only a quick action to move between friendly outpost conjurations.
