Does the Charge +X trait stack? its not specified in codex section of the rulebook that it doesn't stack but I just want to make sure

Teleport text: Target creature is Teleported to the target zone. X = 3 mana per zone moved away from its current zone. You must pay at least 3 mana even if the target is teleported to the same zone. This does not count as a move action for the creature.
Question about LOS 0-2 Creature & Zone
1. taget creature - upto 2 zones from the caster's current position, am I correct on this?
2. target zone - upto 2 zones from the target creature's current zone OR upto 2 zones from the caster's current position?
