I was thinking about how a 2v2 match could be set up...
Normally teams would most likely start on the same side of the board right?
Well what if they started in opposing corners. Basically they start out split from each other and are forced to think on their feet while working their way to each other so Combos can be pulled off while battling over zones with the other teams.
Something else I think seems interesting would be "Zone Battles"
Basically when creatures/mages destroy another Mage's summon in a zone that mage claims that Zone and Mage's can't move into those Zones except for the mage that has claimed that Zone.
and in this Style. You win by trapping the other mage. When the opposing Mage is stuck in a zone unable to move you win.
I don't know how well it would work but that is the basics of it.....

While thinking of cool spells. I thought about a mage that specializes in disrupting stun, daze, burn....effects. etc... and causing them to be placed from your mage/summons to your opponents mage/summons.....
Maybe this could also go into a Mage that specializes in reversing opponents spells against them. Idk what I'd call it but sounds cool.
Also maybe allow this mage to add effects to it's summons attacks. like an enchant that adds burn to targeted summons attacks....
Opinions?

I think it would be cool to see creatures that can take on effects of other spells.....For example
Say you summon a creature and pass it through a fire wall it should be able to now pass on Burn to players and creatures when it attacks. But I came up with an idea for a Mage as well while thinking about this so I'm a post it in mages. XD

Just curious....
But what will everyone's play style out of the get go be for those who haven't been able to play.
and for those who have, What play style seems to work best for you?
I think I'm going to try out either a good Defensive priestess or Maybe a Trap N Funnel Warlock....
and if you're curious by "Trap N Funnel" is I mean I'm going to try to be straight forward attack while cornering my opponent into confronting me....you know "Don't shoot til you see the whites of their eyes" Maybe throw up some walls and dispelling their enchants so they have no defense. Idk if this would work but from the cards I've seen it seems possible. maybe a few summons for support.

I don't know if this has been discussed or not...
This is mostly for the creators/testers of the game.
Has anyone thought of writing maybe a few books based on the lore of "Mage Wars" like a prologue to the leading up of the arena style battles that now take place?
For those others who see this.
What do you think? Do you think a book or two would be something cool to see later on?
