Just wanted to post that I created an unofficial spellbook builder for Android, its available here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=se.botz.mw
Its still in the startup but allows for both Arena and Academy spellbooks and it is cross device as all books are stored on Google Drive.

I started to create my own app for Android only though and I have no intention to do one for iPhone/iPad. But it is available here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=se.botz.mw
Still in start up but it is possible to create books for both Arena and Academy, all books are stored on your google drive account so it works cross device.

I would like an option to disable animations in the builder, my main concern when building is speed. Using the app on Nexus 7 is a bit too slow to be really good so both improving speed and allowing me to disable animations would be awesome.
