Yes, you must pay upkeep for both, Invisible Stalke and Mordok's Obelisk. If you don't pay  Invisible Stalke will be send to discard pile.

I have questions abut Vines to see if I understand it correctly. Leet's say situation looks like this:

1. Can I place Vines in:
a) Zone with Mage [M]
b) Zone next to mage, it's zone with [1]
c) Zone [2] if there is at least one Vine marker in zone [1]
d) Can't place Vine marker in zone [2] if there is no Vines in zone [1]

2. If there is Vine marker in zone [2] and mage is in zone [M] I can summon creature with Vine subtype (for example Vine Snapper) in zone [2]?

I have question about Reanimate. Reanimated creature recive Bloodthirsty +0, Nonliving, Psychic Immunity and Slow. And now I have few questions:

1) Let's say that Zombie Minion killed for example Bitterwood Fox or Cervere or something with Fast trait. When reanimated acreature with Fast recive Slow trait will  this two traits cancel one another (Cervere can move two zonne but caan't attack) ora Slow is "stronger" and Cervere has Slow trait?

2) Can Zombie Knight of Westlock use his Defence Roll to avoid attac?

3) Can Reanimated creature for example Asyrian Cleric use his Healing Light to heal another  Living creature (for example Acolyte of  the Bog Queen)?

It is illegal. You can't have more card withe the same name on your mage/creature. So you can't cast four Nullifys on your mage. If you use one then you can cast another.

2. Conditions can be removed by Spells, Abilities, or if they allow for a escape rolls at the end of the creatures action phase.

I know tha codition can by removed by Spell, Abilities or Escape Rolls. But can they by removed if creature/Mage has Finite Life? In description of Tainted it'swrote that it can be removed even if creature has Finite Life. So what about other conditions?
If Living Creature has Finite Life it can't be taarget of healing spells, regeneration or can't gain life. If we    
assume that removing conditions is like healing them, then Finite Life bloc this as it bloc healing. Word "even" creates some misunderstands in interpretation...
That's why I ask about this more experienced players :)
