Truly!  I now have both Core Spell Tomes as well.  I have a blast with this game, even when I lose (and also learn a thing or three.).

This sounds really awesome, but I would like to hear something official from Arcane Wonders before trying it.
#3
Thanks!  I already have the Forcemaster vs. Warlord expansion too, and it is yet more Awesome Sauce.

The strategies, the choices, the mages, the cards, the arena... it all works so very well together!

This game is a geek's dream realized.  I've played enough now to really wet more appetite for more.  I have the basic set and want the forcemaster and warlord expansion already.

General Questions / Aegis and Reverse attack
May 07, 2013, 11:33:31 PM
If a creature with aegis attacks an enchanted creature and then the opposing mage reveals reverse attack, does the creature's own attack get reduced by its aegis ability?

I like what you did there with Zorael & Zaphael, really making it feel like a pair that work together.

World and Lore / Re: How does magic work?

Q: How does magic work?
A: Very well, thank you.

So, is the biggest problem for the Aggro Mage dealing with a well built defense?
It seems to me (from a purely noob perspective) that if an Aggro Mage's offense stalls,
then he is probably going to lose.

Mages / Re: Guess the Future Expansions
April 26, 2013, 11:56:42 PM
We already have Forcemaster vs. Warlord as the first expansion, so my guesses for the future start at expansion 2:

2. Druid vs. Necromancer (yeah, I know, already announced, so it isn't really a guess.).

3. Seer vs. Elementalist/Alchemist (or whatever you call someone who has access to all 4 elements).

4. Chronomancer vs. Archmage

And of course...
5. Shad0w vs. DarthDadaD20

There is a four part walkthrough now, but it stops short of the endgame.

I really like the tutorial videos on the web site, but I would like to see a few more.  Hear are a few suggestions:

1. A general deck building tutorial.
2. A meta card tutorial.  (listing the cards most likely to be helpful meta game wise, regardless of the mage.).
3. A end game tutorial, or at least a hint or two on devious ways to finish off opponents.   :)

I am loving the pure deviousness (that is a word, right?) of the strategies in this game!
