The Warlord has dwarves and goblins fighting together. Ancient enemies marching arm in arm. How does he do it? I don't really get into the lore of games, but whenever I show the game to someone, this always comes up eventually. So what's the skinny?

I saw some small ad on BGG that was something like "Blood Wave" and then something about marching April 1st.
Is this a new expansion or some new organized play business? Clicking on it brought me to the front page of this site with no explanation that I noticed. Anyone have details?

That X+Y clock is brilliant. I personally hate in any game (Mage Wars or otherwise) when both players see it is going to time and one tries to do a bunch of damage (or heal) at the buzzer even though it wouldn't be a good longterm move at all if the clock weren't about to expire. It makes for cheesy endings.
