Title: Promo card?

Hello! I got this card today and I was wondering if someone could identify the special watermark/thingy on it (LG99?99LG?L99G?) never seen it before and am super curious! Thanks!

The image is really small, so I can't be positive, but I believe it was from a Kickstarter Campaign cross-promotion where 2 characters/cards from another game were put into Mage Wars and 2 characters/creatures from mage Wars were put into their game. I want to say Level 99 Games maybe, which ya know, looking at the number you put down would make a lot of sense. I want to say the Mouse Creature was the other one, but also not positive.
