Title: "Dziner studio" link at bottom of forums

This is a bit off topic, but why is there a link to "Dziner Studio" at the bottom of the forum page? It leads to some weird blog and a link to Las Vegas Escorts....

It was author of this forums template. Its domain must have been bought.
