Listen and listen good. The challenge has been thrown down in the old ways be Arcane Duels that they rule Gen Con. They have laid the challenge bare to any who seek to oppose their rule. One group in particular have they declared war against. So this year at Gen Con it's going to be war between:
ARCANE DUELS VS THE CHARLOTTE MAGE WARRIORS!!!!!!!!
That's right in a series of 1 on 1 matches Coshade, Sharkbait, and Puddinhead will take on the best the Carolinas have to offer!*
I shall personally battle the upstart Coshade!

It's a 3 vs 3 event. We may add more depending on exact negotiations.

Sounds like you a need a special Battlegrounds Arena to handle a 3 x 3 team match. :)
You could even have the Arena setup part of the pre-match play. For example, give each team a full set of Battleground tiles along with the basic ground rules for the arena. i.e. # of tiles, shape of arena, # and location of orbs. Then each team places one tile down in alternating turns to build the arena. Do you play the Fire terrain tile to hinder the opponent or use it to feed your Adramelech Warlock on your side of the Arena?

I'm interested in playing on the Arcane Duels team. While I took a brief break from the game, I'm back in, and playing quite frequently.
I was also in a bunch of the first few live play videos. But since the Arcane Duels has been focusing so heavily on OCTGN, I've not been playing with them.

It is 3 matches on 3 maps. I fight Coshade, and then the other four get paired up. After the 3 matches are over we tally the wins and that's it. I gotta check with my crew to see who all is fighting. If I get an overwhelming number of my Gen Con crew wanting to fight then we'll see about opening up some spots but I don't want to speak for them just yet.

Due to another obligation DrMambo will not be able to attend Gen Con this year. Now before Arcane Duels could get cocky with a "free win" by forfeit I went ahead and hired some extra muscle.
Hailing from....yeah sure the Carolinas(eh at least one week a year anyway) please welcome our 3rd man: BIBLOFILTER!!!!!

Besides i was promised to fight a really nice guy, who likes Holy and hates Zombies.
Im still hurting from that smile on his face, when he rolled like 16 crits with a Hurl Boulder.

I've claimed Paladin. Littlenog and Biblofilter have their assigned mages. Next month Nog and I will practice out mages in a local charity tournament. You know Biblos gonna come gunning for bear.

I'm fairly certain the back up mage has already been decided on before Coshade had to step down, just like the Carolina Mage Warriors have another back up planned as well.
But Sailor I don't want you to feel left out. You and I have been on the forums for a while, most people know our names at least. I respect you as a player and so I'm challenging you to a 1v1 match against my Straywood with your Force Master. If you win I'll make sure you get that copy of DvN you've been needing.

I've an event starting at 8pm Saturday night so probably after the arena tournament I'm thinking. Or as it turns out I have all of Sunday off too. I'm also down for fighting my opponent Wednesday night.

I haven't had a chance to talk with Puddinhead and Sharkbait lately so I apologize for the delay in scheduling. I know Puddnhead doesn't get in til Saturday. Now with that said I'm happy to throw down after the arena finals. Alternatively Littlenog and are happy to face our opponents Wednesday evening. Biblofilter and Puddin can then fight it out Saturday.
Now with Coshade unable to make it I was told my opponent in this war is you Zot is that correct?
I'm flexible on when we can get together for some matches, I'll even gladly face whomever either during or after the practice session Thursday. I'm also likely to be free before the Domination event Thursday.
I've events starting at 8pm both Friday and Saturday as well as 10am Sunday is very much like to attend if at all possible.
You just let me know what works for you guys.

In case anyone thinks we forgot about this the score stands at Charlotte 1 - Arcane Duels 1.
I won a hard fought battle against Zot to give my team the early lead. My Paladin over his Anvil Throne.
However my hired European hit man Biblofilter lost to Puddinhead to tie things up. Necromancer defeats Wizard.
Littlenog is set to face Sharkbait later today.
