Great to see the update for the Mage Wars Supplement, it has been along time coming, but worth it.

There's entry for revealing enchantments in which steps are introduced. Does this mean I can reveal my own enchantment after my opponent decided to pay reveal cost, but before resolve enchantment step?

No you can not reveal in between the steps of revealing an Enchantment. That's why the section regarding countering an Enchantment has so much text regarding the fact that you can't normally reveal enchantments unless the card text overrides the general rules. This wasn't a new section introduced with the update though. It's been in there for a couple of iterations of the Supplement now, so I didn't consider that it may need further clarification, but perhaps it does.
