What are Banana Stickers and the yellow squares under my name ?

Banana Stickers are rewarded for being super helpful to other posters. Basically it's my way to show appreciation for the work someone's done. There are no hard and fast rules about them.

I believe the yellow squares have to do with posts you've made, but I'm not sure on that one. Since I'm an admin my are different and stay that way.
