Quickcast, zone: 0-2, target zone
Conjutarion
no armor/ health: 12
Incorporeal
All creatures that enter to zone with Blizzard or creature that are in that zone gains trait: Slow and becomes Hinder. Creatures with flying lose that trait. Additionally whole this zone block LoS.
Ice field
School: water 2
Cost: 6
Quickcast, zone: 0-2, target zone
Conjutarion
armor : 2/ health: 10
Flame +1, Water -3
All creatures that enter to zone with the Ice field or creature that are in that zone gain trait: Slow and becomes Hinder. Additionally creatures lose Elusive and gain -2 to the defense roll.
Water attacks heal the Ice field instead of damage it.

I like the concept for the Blizzard/Snowstorm. Nice job.

This is a great card. One favorite of mine in Magic is Iceage/Snowscape and I'd like to see something similar in MW.

Why would ice field always slow creatures down? It's slippery. It could have a chance of making non flying creatures trip and fall though. Why not make it so that non flying creatures that enter the Ice rink are either restrained until end of round or pushed to the next zone?

I would say do to the fact unless a creature was used to moving and fighting on ice it would act as a hindrance.

Except ice on the ground doesn't slow anyone down unless they fall. Aside from that, it doesn't hinder them from moving.

You try walking around in 60+ pound of armor on ice. It is not easy. Shoes at that time were nothing more than flat bottom boots or leather covers.
