I am a retailer, the new items are not available here.
I called my distributor, they do not have the new
markers or spell books.
If you want to sell the products on your site before
they hit stores, that is your choice. Telling customers
that the items are in stores and making them angry
at us is frustrating.

Could it be a simple case of only 'select' distributors supplying them? I'd like to give Arcane Wonders the benefit of the doubt that they aren't being disingenuous.
If it is a case of these only being available direct from themselves currently though, I don't hold out a lot of hope getting them in Europe any time soon....

My sincerest apologies. I just spoke with our sales department and there was a delay in getting the Action Markers out to the some of distributors. It certainly is never our intent to put the stores in any bad situation with their customers especially not to create our own gain. Our web store's number one purpose is to get product to those individuals who wish have it, but don't have an FLGS.
In the future we will make sure that we verify shipping and clarify that the items are available at the distributors when creating new release posts.
AB Games, I will be sending you a message shortly to help get this resolved with your distributor.

Im sorry Europe! I have been talking to people all over and a friend in the U.K. just paid $150.(mostly shipping I guess) He said it was worth it, but boy do I fell bad. I wounder If I could just buy them all up here in the states and ship them cheaper myself. If you can get a hold of a second core set you could spray paint the extra markers as I have.(Its easy, set them face down and paint.)

Sorry! I guess I didn't make that clear at all! :whistle: It does look like I suggested he got the action markers doesn't it! He got the core and tombs. I dont know why I left that part out! But I got mine for $80 at my local hobby store so I felt bad when he told me $150....opps!

I can understand why - until very recently the core product was like rocking horse sh*t here (in the UK) - i.e. extremely rare. This seems to have been rectified now, thankfully.
Some of that may also have been customs charges too.
