What happens if you use Rise Again or Raise Dead on the super Unicorn - Dorseus?
He loses his regen, but keeps the ability to heal others and bypass finite life?
If he keeps the Holy Subtype his not going to take damage from Consecrated ground.
I tried to bring Ehren back from the dead the other day (not a success)
What happens if you do?
Was told that zombies could never get Melee+1 tokens, but Acolyte of the Bog Queen does that.
What about Afflicted Demon. If his brought back with Rise Again/Raise Dead he does not get Weak tokens?
Zombies are poison immune after all.
Thought i could bypass Mhgeddons seal tokens, by sacrificing him and bringing him back, but Reanimate still count as summoning so that wont work.
Any other creatures with surprising effects with Rise Again/Raise Dead?

Dorseus would indeed keep the healing trick. Ehren might come back with the extra damage on him and have to somehow remove it again to get the Melee +1. Afflicted Demon would no get the Weak tokens.

Dors will keep the regen but will not be able to benefit from it because he is non-living.
He still heals other 2 that bypasses finite life trait.
He will not take damage from Con ground.
Ehren will not be able to get the +4 melee tokens from the text on his card, because there is no way to remove damage from a zombie.
If there ever is he can get the +4 melee bonus.
Other means of giving him melee +X works just fine as long as he is qualifies when non-living (zombie frenzie for instance).
You can search for afflicted demon to find the discussion.
It's ruled that he will not get the weak tokens because he is immune as non-living.
Your right about Mhgeddon.

All good ideas! Personally I think making Highland Unicorn or Dorseus into a zombie is a decent choice.

Can you rise again a legendary creature? I was under the impression non epic meant non legendary since there are no epic creatures.
I could be mistaken though, if so i have passed up many opportunities in games :b lol
Interseting discussion regardless!

You can totally rise again/animate dead a legendary creature!

Coshade once turned a bunch of my asyran clerics into zombies and then used them to heal himself. Great play, if extremely frustrating! Lol!

Yes and Kelenan has used it on Acolyte of the Bog Queen to get round Altar of Skulls Damage and still heal his Walls of Bone.
