Title: Mana Worm burn while Counterstrike

I can't find an answer to this question and I would like to have it clear. Does Mana Worm burn mana from your opponent while attacking in Counterstrike Phase. In that case it could possibly burn 2 mana per round when it was guarding at the begining and attacking a creature afterwards, right?

The worm burns mana whenever it attacks. A counterstrike is an attack. So yes, if they have mana to burn he'll burn it.
