Title: Two questions after last nights game

Hi
Two questions came up during last nights game

1 Can Mort remove two damage from himself during the upkeep phase?

2 If a Gorgan Archer attacks a zombie who is undead, can it cause damage with its attack dice but not the weak condition(as that is a poison effect)?

1 - Yes.  Mort doesn't say "each other friendly skeleton object."

2 - Yes.  The Gorgon's attack itself does not have the "poison" damage type (despite being called "Poison Bow").
