I think I already know the answer to this question, but I am just checking. If I have an autonomous weapon, like the dancing scimitar, do I still get the vampirism bonus from its attacks.

no.

Vampirism triggers when your mage does a melee attack.

Your mage is not doing a melee attack when Dancing Scimitar attacks.

Reminds me of a question I had and it's on topic enough.  When scimitar attacks you cannot reroll with akiro's favor and you do not lose attack dice from agony, correct?

The scimitar is his own thing. Consider it as a totally separate creature when it come downs to attacking.
