Benefits of each? The best thing I can think of is how charm can be revealed between attack phases but minor heal gives you an extra die.
What are some of the best uses of charm over minor? And visa versa?

As an Enchantment you can slap Healing Charm on a creature, have it go out, far away from your mage and still get the healing benefit without needing to be within any sort of range.
-
Healing charm only cost 2 mana if it trigger a Nullify instead of the 5 mana of Minor Heal.
Healing charm can be stored in advance and save your ass when you do not have initiative.
Healing charm can be switch to another creature with enchantment transfusion or switch enchantment if another creature need it finally.

I thought of that after I posted. I spose I'm pretty aggressive with my mage typically so I didn't think it's much an issue but yeah is certain cases could be really helpful. Might be reason enough to put one of each instead of 2 of one.
Oooooh didn't think of that since it's not activated. good thought.

No one mention ring of asyra + enchaners ring. If you go full support with your priest or priestess, you probably have them in your spellbook :)

Charm has range 0-2 while the minor heal has range 0-1.
-
Charm can course uncertainty in your opponent, making them play around a nullify or block that isn't there.

Healing Charm can be Seeking Dispelled before use, and can cause the Mage to pay upkeep if the Creature is in range of the Monolith... so maybe Minor Heal has an advantage when going against a Warlord or Wizard.
