I checked the rules but I just want to be 100% positive that I can target corporeal spawnpoints with Conquer. As far as I can tell the answer is yes but I have been wrong about the rules before.

yep.
I believe some 1 mentioned it would in theory be possible for a warlord to have 2 barracks if facing another warlord and using conquer.

Sweet! I haven't used Conquer yet but it looks promising. Even if the conjuration you use to replace the destroyed one isn't that great the ability to basically auto-kill a conjuration in the first place looks to be very helpful.

It can target a Spawnpoint conjuration, but the rules on mage restrictions still apply. So non-warmage/warlord conjurations cannot be stolen, they just are instantly destroyed.
-
Also, it requires you yo have a soldier on it and no enemy creature in the zone. Gonna be pretty hard with a spawn point.

Isnt it that you have to control that zone so if you had there two goblin grunts and enemy one adramelech, you control that zone thus can cast Conquer?

No to control a zone it needs to be empty of enemy creature.

The zone can have enemy creatures in it when you cast Conquer, as long as they are Pests or incapacitated.
