Title: Vampiric Earth Elemental

If I make my Earth Elemental vampiric, does it bypasses the finite life trait?

Earth Elemental is non-living, he is not a legal target for that Incantation.

but, in the event that you could get vampiric on him, it would not bypass finite life.  He cannot receive healing effects, so vampiric trait wouldn't get around that.
