Title: Friendly fire on Plague Zombie to Trigger Rot
Post by: Hoongming on January 27, 2014, 08:53:16 AM
Hi,

I want to know if a player can have his own creatures deliberately kill his own Plague Zombie just to trigger to zone rot. If this were possible and he made this Plague Zombie an eternal servant, wouldnt this make it so easy for him to stack rot conditions on the opponent?

regards,

Hoongming

Yes he can do that, and yes it does make it easy to stack up Rot conditions. See also [mwcard=MW1J20] Sacrificial Altar[/mwcard]

See also eternal servant

Edit: Oh, wait, I see that eternal servant was part of the original question.

As long as you want to spend 9 mana each round to bring him back....

Does the reanimate trigger the discount from a necro ring?

It does not.  You (or a spawn point) have to actually cast the creature, which is different than just summoning it in the way reanimate works.
