I know that a flyer can shoot over walls... but does a ranged have LoS to a flyer on the other side of the wall or is it hidden?

Thank you my Lord Snow... eehm I mean yea... :D

Even if an creature on the other side of the wall has flying, it is still hidden from you and not in line of sight.
This is wong.
Every creatures in arena have LoS to every flyers and every flyers have LoS to every creatures in arena. Walls do not break this LoS. Walls break LoS only for ground units targetting other ground units (if the wall has LoS blocking trait).

You beat me too it Wildhorn. Page 17 of the Core Rulebook says that all creatures always have LOS to flying creatures. Now if you were to guard, you'd lose the flying trait and then walls could block LOS.

I literally just read that while going through the codex. My fault, will delete previous post to avoid confusion.
Sorry for misleading you Jibii :P

I dub the "Wildhorn of the Banana Sticker". Carry your new sticker with honor.
