Hi,
Just a simple question, do vine markers obey LOS rules.
If my opponent placed a wall which blocked LOS from my mage, can I still summon vine creatures or conjurations on the zone on the other side of that wall where one of my vine markers is placed. This also applies to making the opponent mage stuck by destroying a vine marker using the druid staff.
Thanks

You can ignore LoS when placing vines so long as "the Druid may place a new Vine marker in her zone.
Or, she may instead place that marker in a zone, or adjacent to a zone, containing a Vine marker she controls
For casting creatures and conjurations with the Vine subtype- you need LoS to the vine marker you are targeting.
(Sorry for the edit- hit post to early!)

Rules and Codex Supplement (https://www.dropbox.com/s/jko9zfgglg5xse6/Mage%20Wars%20Official%20Rules%20and%20Codex%20Supplement%20-%20Updated%20November%202013.pdf) Examination of page 24 reveals: "Note that she still needs to target (and have LoS to) the Vine marker."

While true if by "vines" you were referring to "vine markers", it was not the question that was asked by the OP.
