Title: Burst of Thorns vs Wall

Can the spell Burst of Thorns attack a wall that is bordering its zone?

Yes.

Page 18 of the rulebook:
"Ranged attacks may target a wall if either of the adjacent zones is in range and LoS."

So as long as vine marker is in one of those adjacent zones (and the wall doesn't block LoS between you and the vine marker) then you can use Burst of Thorns to attack a wall.
