Title: Money maker idea
Post by: rowdyt2002 on April 02, 2013, 04:34:44 AM
You guys should market different mage figures that have card holders on the top like a Christmas card holder. These could hold the revealed spells, and the hidden spells could be under the figure.  When there are multiple characters in an area, the cards seem to get mixed up a bit.  I am making one and will post a picture when I an done.

This is what I came up with.  Mage Wars, if you start marketing these, how about kicking some expansions my way ;)

wow thats a pretty neat idea!

although should be noted that equipment should be off board anywhere to prevent clutter, would be great for revealed enchantments though

That looks awesome, and a great idea.  I only worry that it would get tiresome to keep turning it around to read the cards.  Unless you stuck a duplicate in, facing the other direction, so both players could see it at the same time, then it would make it a lot easier to deal with multiple creatures/enchantments in the same zone.

Yeah,  I wouldn't put equipment on it typically but grabbed a few cards as examples, just for the photo.  I am not sure about turning the figure since I haven't been able to play with it yet.  My foe can only get together every couple weeks, hence I had extra time on my hands...

I'll post after we give it a trial run.
