I played "Slay the Spire", so I came up with the idea for the cards.
Thank you Keejchen, through your videos I found the game!

Why not just have 6 life on the Greater one if its removed after losing 6 life. It can have the same effect that when destroyed, it spawns two smaller ones.

Basically you would be right but it is because of the topic ... the ooze gets damage and then divides into two parts ...
If only he had 6 lives, where would the 12 lives come from for smaller ones? I think it makes more sense this way.

The dreaded snot monster!

Slay the Spire is awesome, I'm glad you like it.  :D

Also to answer Devilsvendetta, in the pc game you can try to finish the ooze (by bringing it to 0) in one turn, to prevent it from splitting into two.

I think that Poison Mucus is a neat little card.
