Title: zone attack and forcefiield

just to be sure:

a zone attack targets the zone and makes a new attack on each object in the zone.
so: forcefield can't cancel the whole zone attack, but can cancel the particular attack that targets the forcemaster.

am i right?

You are correct!
A Zone attack makes a separate (new) attack on each target, Force Field would only cancel the attack for the Force master with it.

Fun side note - Zone attacks do not make an attack against bordering walls.
