Title: Dissolving Wands

If I dissolve a wand, what happens to the spell that is bound to it?

it is discarded along with the wand.  same happens if you have a familiar or spawnpoint with a spell on it that gets destroyed.

The X for the dissolve is that just the cost of the wand, or the cost plus the attached spell?
