Hey guys,
Just a heads up, we'll be doing some work on the backend of both magewars.com and arcanewonders.com from about 2am CST to probably about 10am CST. We've chosen this time as it is a generally low-traffic time.
The general changes we'll be making are that the magewars.com and arcanewonders.com sites. We'll be combining the two databases, so that when you sign on to magewars.com, you'll be able to stay signed on at arcanewonders.com, etc. This has a lot of benefits for you guys, and we've fixed a lot of the problems with registration, and I believe we've dealt with one of the dreaded "invalid token errors" that a lot of users have reported.
Again, I have full faith in our programming team and I fully anticipate everything going smoothly, but if you have any problems with your account, please e-mail me at seanmccoy@arcanewonders.com and I'll get it taken care of for you!
Thanks for your patience, your support has grown this community immensely and it's because of that, that we've tried to improve the site and its features as much as possible.
Anyways - here's to a smooth transition!

Just a quick update: Our team worked through the night, but they did not finalize the implementation, so they will be going through this again tonight.

DId they finish, Because my Profile says that it doesn't exist. and my post count went to zero and I have a info message at the top of the Page.
Info: Assign the Component VirtueMart to a menu Item.

Sean looks like I got down graded in the move. :S and my posts got reset

Well they did not get reset it looks like some of the old account got split apart. We now have 2 of me

Man, everything is severly screwed up for me. My avatar is gone, when I try to go into my profile it tells me I haven't been approved by an administrator or some such thing and I have to enter captcha to post something...
Any word on when this server maintenance will be done? If it is done, any word on when all of this will be corrected? Or how to fix it ourselves?

The large part of the server merge is finished. So, we're pretty happy about that. Our guys are now looking into fixing the avatar and post count situation. Thanks for bearing with us!

Well my post count got reset again. other than that so far so good. BTW pics are working again you just need to add them again

Looks like your post count is back Shadow. Wonder if the rest of us will get ours back. If not, no biggie.

It's weird. When I post, now, it works fine, but going to look at an older post I'm a visitor with no picture and no post count. :-P

So it looks like stuff that is posted now is looking ok (except Avatars are still tiny). Are old posts forever going to be in that ugly limbo of not having avatars or signatures? Or clickable user info at all, apparently?
It's kind of neutering my desire to post when I don't know if my post will be there tomorrow, if it is there if it will be recognized as mine, or if this site is going to explode the internet and be the downfall of modern communication mediums. :P
