i have a revealed exile on an enemy razortusk. he is outside the arena. my opponent wants to disperse the exile to bring his creature back into the arena. is that possible? the creature is outside the arena so shouldn't be visible to the mage right? i'm not sure though.

Since he is out of the "Arena" :) er zone er whatever it is we want to call it, there would not be LoS to the Exiled creature.

Exile travels with the creature, so you cannot Disperse it as you cannot target it.
In short, sIKE is correct.

That would have to be the case since Enchantments are attached to the target object.

Exactly.

On the plus side, I just realized today that an exiled creature still has its action unlike a banished creature. You could have it guard when exile has one dissipate token left and then it will be guarding when it renters the arena next upkeep!
