Title: order in damage and effect die

Hello, yesterday i used a acid ball , and we have a doubt about the order.

Can i apply first the yelllow dice and then the damage to get more advantege of the corrode tokens?

This is answered in the Rules Supplement. Damage is always applied first, before effects.
