Title: Builder or whatever

It seems to me that there is room for a creature type that gives it's controlling caster a mana reduction for conjuration spells targeting the same zone that it is in. Helping to build or create so to speak.  Maybe even an Engineer/Shaper familiar that can cast conjuration spells.

I do not see how sometime like would be made. This is not the card you are looking for  :whistle:
