It is on a shared server so who knows what the reason for the problem is. The forum is certainly more popular though. Just not that popular

If there is excessive load in their data centre then it will cause that issue. It has been happening a fair bit lately but I am not aware of any overall issue with the database server

The site is hosted on a shared server and it appears to be under some additional load. Not sure why.

I'll check in with the ISP to see what we can do.

Novice isn't a cost its a restriction (at least in the spreadsheet)

What about colour coding the name so it is in grey if it is a novice spell or adding an icon?
