Everytime i've contacted Alfiya for any ambassador stuff, like OP kits, she's sent me plenty of additional stuff. and for those of us who have met her, she is so awesome.

Arcane wonders for me is the best company in the whole boardgame industry. And one of the main reasons for this is its superb customer service.
