It was a crazy day at the Arcane Wonders booth at 3con, in Fort Wayne, Indiana. We had eight players vying for the coveted Sachem Trophy, but at the end of the day one beastmaster stood above the rest. All day long the convention was giving away games to lucky raffle winners, the first of which being Forrest. He of course chose Mage Wars, and later stopped by for a demo. When tournament time came around those of us at the booth asked if he wanted to play and offered to let him borrow a spellbook. He caught on quick and ended the day with the coveted Sachem Trophy (see facebook). He also is getting an art print of his choice. Forrest decided upon "Lair" because it was instrumental in his victory today, and he said, "I'm going to put this in my man cave, so then it's really my lair."
