Title: druid
Post by: Tim on December 09, 2013, 08:26:01 AM
I just written (1 hour) a hole review of the battle between my opponent (necromancer) and myself (druid) but do timed-out, I lost it all.

So to bad but I am not going to write it again.

I, as the druid, won the game.
Conclusions:
- Get in the opponent face early with your creatures.
- Use utility spells for the rooted plants
- Focus on damaging the mage and not the creatures it summons.
- Don't use to many seedling pots = to slow. I am going to play 1 in my spellbook.
- ...

Zero seedling pods with two summoning trees is better imo.

Also, what to do about Adramalech?

One of the spawnpoint trees (Samara Tree) can cast Seedling Pods and nothing else. Running that without Seedling Pods would be pretty...derpy, to say the least.

Adramelech can be disabled by sleep, sleep + teleport, sleep/stun + tanglevine (one zone away from your creatures), etc. Hitting him with an Acid Ball or two will remove his armour, making him easier to take down with Galador, Thornlashers, or attack spells. In my experience if an early Adramelech is killed the caster is in a really bad spot.

Surging Wave against Adramelech and then beat him down with vine raptors.

You can't surging wave Adramelech, unless he has lost flying.

You gotta right that stuff in word and then copy-paste.

Certainly can. It's a non-flying creature or conjuration.
