Title: Nullify spellbound spell?
Post by: Mrmt on November 25, 2013, 12:40:55 PM
When you nullify a spell cast from a spellbound wand, does the nullify completely destroy the spell, or does it just make it fizzle?

It just prevents the spell from taking effect. The only way for you to destroy the opponents spell would be to destroy the object it is attached to.

Tom is correct. This ruling can be found on page 11 of the FAQ under Spellbind.

Yep.. thanks.. I had got caught up in the description of counter, and missed the extra clarifying sentence in the section on spellbinding.
