We can also use some extra mana token.  I'm glad they didn't include another iniative maker in fif. Got too many of those already.

Jbm should be called beastmistress or huntress.  I vote for her. Maybe at the end of this u can preview an quick range weapon for her or a 3 zone bow.

Druid is my favorate and she has never die in any of my games. She is a beast.  I have tried several different builds all with success. Obvious some better than others. Druid is not limited to one style of play.  My main tree is vine tree but have used ito with samara and life tree. Once i used all three trees. Here some idea i have used. Sniper druid deck. Use vine markers to hinder. Gravikor to ground fliers. Grimson on a tower with hawkeye.  Samara pod deck. Use with vine tree and meditaion amulet.  With two spawn points use your full action to meditate for more mana but this is a long slow build so use vine markers tanglevine and stranglevine to occupy your opponet.  Battle druid deck is when i arm her with a scimitar bear strength barkskin and several other nature enchantments. With 4 or more armor  cobra reflex and effectively regeneration 4 and a sunfire amulet she is virtually impossiblie to kill.  I feel her weakness is not doing enough dmg so All my druid decks have several tangle and strangle vines wall of thorns corosive orchids and burst of thorns. Now im working on a new  druid deck using fellella. Dont limit the possibilities.  My friend in our last game played a priest. One round he summone a powerful angel. The next round he shock us by summoning adremeleck. Angel and devil in the same book.  Experiment is  the key and its fun.

Spells / Re: Meditation Amulet
« on: November 07, 2013, 08:46:55 AM »
The full action is the problem, if it was a quick cast then It would see much more play. As mentioned the direct comparison to moonglow amulet really discourage medallion usage. Meditation hat would be better so u can stack it with the moonglow amulet. it would still only see limited play because there are some good headgear. Now if the it was a hat with quickcast for 3 mana, it would a good card. But its not.
I would use the meditation amulet if it was not a full action. If your stun or daze, meditate.  I hope the errata this card or it wont see any play.

I wonder how obliterate works with eternal servant? I think Obliterate wins and necro get the eternal servant marker back without reanimating the zombie.  Too bad

Oh,.. what about pets, holy avenger and blood reapers.  Wait, i think they are considered epic now.  But can you reanimate them as a regular creature.  The advantage is they are already in position?

I was thinking about buying the spell tomes for extra cards ( i make spellbooks for each mage so friend and newbies dont have to have there own to play. I have intro 3 friends to mw already and now they have there own set).  It was just a better value to get another core set. But honestly one core set goes a long way.

Theirs only 26 new spells some are great others are not. You can check them out on the spoiler forum. But it sounds like you got more than enough card to be competitive.

I split cok with my friend. I got the beast mistress and he got the priest. Then split the cards by who gets what on need for the mage they play. All other cards are split evenly.  That way we get what mostly what we need and not spend too much while not having too many extra cards we won't use.

Get a second core set.  I did and it was well worth it. I bought it instead of buying the spell tomes, but getting the board and extra player equipment is perfect. My friends only need to bring their spell books now. I have everything for the 2v2 team battle or 4 way death match.
